Dalya Partners was contacted by a major pharmaceutical company in Maryland that had been acquired by a larger pharmaceutical company to assist in managing the transition of critical software and synchronize the changeover of hardware systems throughout all of the company sites including foreign locations.
Experienced and highly capable in Project Management, Dalya Partners was brought in to help a project that had been behind schedule and to bring it back on track. Within months, the program rapidly made progress and a plan to complete the project by established completion date was carefully outlined and coordinated. Project and site-specific teams were formed to help gain insight into each site’s requirements and objectives, and project governance committees were also developed to help facilitate communication between all involved personnel on the project.
